Erik is an exceptional software engineer whose attention to detail and commitment to proper technical solutions have consistently impressed me. I especially admire his broad understanding of various engineering principles across multiple domains, which made our communication and collaboration seamless and effective. His friendly nature and ability to anticipate project needs not only make him a great technical person but also an awesome leader.

When I joined Cloudtalk, Erik was my supervisor. For my time spent in the company I've seen Erik taking out more and heavier responsibilities and I saw him transitioning from a Team lead to a Tech director position. I loved to brainstorm ideas with Erik, because he used to be the one who deeply analyzed my solutions for a specific problem, solutions that could heavily affect the evolution of a project, because I knew, that if anybody, then Erik will be the one who will find points, if any, that I maybe overlook with my approach. What I know, he was the guy to turn to when somebody needed any technical or personal help to make sure that the organization was going in the right direction.
